Return, Reship & Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • To report issues, contact us in email or phone number given in contact us page within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product.

2. Reship

  • If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, we will reship the item at no additional cost. Having unboxing video will be additional advantage to initiate the reship process smoothly.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged products. But having unboxing video of products will be additional advantage to initiate the refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
